Steve Church
Music Director
Steve Church has served as Director of Worship and Music at Shannon Road Baptist since November of 2000. He has spent most of his life in the Pine Bluff area and is a graduate of Pine Bluff High School. Steve received a Bachelor of Arts degree in music from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. He leads our Adult Choir and Worship Musicians and also assists his wife Diann with our Children and Youth Choirs.
Children's Director
I was born and raised here in Pine Bluff. Though raised in church, it wasn’t until 16 when I truly and fully surrendered to God, I was called ministry soon after. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministries from Williams Baptist College, now University and my Masters of Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. I have embraced numerous roles in the church including Youth and Associate Pastor, which has taken me numerous places, but God has brought me back home and in doing so I am lucky to serve as Children’s Pastor.
